Tour Itinerary

The tour starts from Kathmandu airport as you will be greeted by our representative at the Kathmandu International airport and then transferred to the pre-booked hotel in Kathmandu. At night, one of our team members will guide you about the journey. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu.

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel then head out to visit Kathmandu's famous temples, like Pashupatinath Temple, Jal Narayan Temple, and Guhyeshwari Temple. After the temple visits, you'll be transferred to Kathmandu Domestic airport terminal along with the group.

Once you reach Nepalgunj you will be transferred to your pre-booked hotel by bus. In the evening, you will be briefed about the further journey by our representative. Enjoy dinner and stay for the night at the hotel in Nepalgunj.

In the morning, you will visit Shri Kailash Nath Mahadev Temple, the world's tallest statue of Lord Shiva. Next, you will visit Doleshwar Mahadev Temple, considered the head of the Kedarnath Temple in India. After exploring these sacred sites, enjoy a restful night at the hotel.

Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel before making your way to Kathmandu Airport to board the flight to Nepalgunj.

On arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel by one of our team members. Take some time to engage with other visitors or explore the beautiful places of Nepalgunj. Night stay will be at the hotel in Nepalgunj.

Begin your day with an early breakfast before heading to Nepalgunj airport to take the flight to Simikot. Once reached at Simikot, wait for your tour guide’s instructions before boarding the helicopter to Hilsa.

After arriving in Hilsa, walk across the swinging bridge to reach the other side, where you will complete immigration formalities. Next, cross the border on foot and board a Chinese bus that will take you to the China immigration office which is just a short drive away.

From there, enjoy a 22 km drive to your hotel in Taklakot. Before that, you will need to go through customs at the Burang customs office.

Note: If you experience breathlessness or any symptoms, don’t panic, reach out to your tour guide for advice. Make sure to eat well, stay hydrated, and follow the guide's instructions. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at the hotel in Taklakot.

Sixth day of your trip will be free to acclimatise in Taklakot (Burang). In your leisure time, you can explore the local market to shop for essential items like walking sticks, gloves, hats, shoes, water bottles, fruits, etc.

Today you will make your way to the sacred Lake Manasarovar. After having your breakfast, you will be driven to Rakshas Tal, also known as the "Lake of Demons" or "Ravan Taal “ which offers a stunning view of Mount Kailash with serene ambiance.

Enjoy the chance to take a holy bath, perform rituals and prayers along the lake, or simply experience the spiritual peace here. You will be staying at Chui Gompa for dinner and a sleepover near Lake Mansarovar.

After a morning visit to the sacred Lake Manasarovar, have breakfast before setting off on a drive to Darchen. Once you arrive, check into your hotel and take a rest so that you prepare yourself for the next day’s trek.

Start the first day of trek with an early drive to Darchen, which is the gateway for the sacred Mount Kailash Parikrama. After a visit to Yama Dwar, the trek journey begins, you can choose to trek on foot or hire a horse or pony.

Enjoy the beautiful rivers and grasslands along the way. Once you reach Dirapuk, settle into the guesthouse for a peaceful night. Make sure you stay hydrated and carry warm clothes as the temperature will be low.

Start the 3 km trek (one way) from Dirapuk which will take about 3-4 hours. The trek is known as Charan Sparsh Trek, or Touching the Feet of the Lord. Make sure to bring water and light snacks as there will be no food available along the way. Also carry a raincoat or poncho. After completing the trek, return to your guest house near Dirapuk Monastery for an overnight stay in a peaceful environment.

Wake up early in the morning to watch the beautiful view of Mount Kailash as the sun rises. After watching this golden breathtaking view, start your pilgrimage tour to the Tsal, where pilgrims leave behind belongings and make symbolic donations. Along the way, you will visit the famous Khande Sanglam, Kuber Parvat, and Kuber Kund in Zuthulphuk. At night, have dinner and an overnight stay at a guesthouse.

After breakfast, explore the nearby caves and temples which are maintained by an elderly couple and a few Tibetan devotees. From Zuthulpuk, trek for 06 km to reach Cheongdo where the vehicle will be waiting for you to drive towards Darchen. Once you reach Darchen, you will be reunited with other tour members who did not participate in the trek.

This day will be free for you so that you recover from the recent Kora journey and prepare yourself for the next day's visit. The meals will be provided at the hotel in Darchen.

Begin the spiritual trek early in the morning to cover the most important historical places like Ashtapad, Serlung Gompa, Saptarishi Caves, Nandi Parvat, Kailashi Gange.

You can also visit Red lake and White lake near Atma Lingam. Later, descend towards Sherlung Gompa and reach Darchen late in the evening.

After having an early breakfast, start your 105 km journey to the China-Nepal border. Upon arrival, cross the border and complete immigration process to enter Hilsa on the Nepal side. From Hilsa, get a 25-minute helicopter flight to Simikot, where you’ll connect with a flight to Nepalgunj. Once reached, take the final flight to Kathmandu.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu to catch your flight back to your hometown.
