Once you are done with the enquiry process and have checked your desired itinerary and if you find it a perfect choice for you then go ahead with the booking procedure. We request our customers to read our guidelines before you go for the booking to avoid yourself from any discrepancy.
Ticket Booking :
you are free to do the online booking by browsing our online portal i.e. Yatra By Helicopter and then select our Yatra by helicopter packages for any of your desired destination like Kedarnath/ Badrinath/ Char Dham and there are many more in the list.
Reprint and Confirmation :
You are required to do log-in only from your registered E-mail ID and Password. Follow the below-mentioned processes to complete your booking process.
- Click on the icon showing Booking Menu and then on the Booking Historyif you want to reprint your ticket.
- Also, if you want to check the confirmation status of your ticket then click on the Booking Menu and then enter your PNR number provided on your ticket at the time of booking only.
Cancellation of Ticket :
If in case you have to cancel your ticket then the very first and the most important thing you need is your registered E-mail ID and password. Enter the details required for log-in and then click on the Cancellation Menu and then click on the cancel booking tab. You will be asked to enter your PNR while canceling your ticket so put your PNR and click on cancel.
Documents to be Carried :
Do not forget to carry a print-out of your ticket along with a valid ID-proof.
Refund :
We have varied refund policies depending upon your ticket cancelation. It takes almost a month to get your amount refunded from the day you canceled your ticket.
Weight Limit :
You are allowed to carry a maximum of 5 kg. Weight along with you.
